Unfamiliar with Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty? It’s a twice a year sale where each day, specific products are marked down up to 50% off. I went back and forth about how to create this list. I decided, since each day features different sales, to create one list and specify in chronological order which items I’m planning to purchase vs which items I’m eyeing down and considering purchasing.
