Tespo Vitamins
So, here’s the deal. I’m not great at taking vitamins. I can swallow pills. I won’t make a scene out of it. I just don’t like it much. I rely on gummy vitamins more than I care to and would end up skipping servings because of it. Kyle isn’t great at taking vitamins either but for different, more diva-like reasons. James also decided recently that gummy vitamins he has been taking for the past year are now “yucky” and refuses to eat them.
I looked into other options and wasn’t finding much. Then I ran across Tespo. I reached out to them and told them of my vitamin woes and received the dispenser along with a Kid’s Pod (31 servings) while I paid for both mine and Kyle’s vitamins. For the record, we’re going to continue on the regimen and I’ve already reordered all of our vitamin pods. Anyway, the way I’ve heard it described best is “like a keurig for vitamins.” Each “pod” is filled with daily servings of vitamins in powder form. No pill processing. No fillers. At the press of a button, it dispenses the powder into a small cup and mixes it with water for a quick shot glass size of citrusy flavored “vitamin juice” (the name James has given it).
In the past month(ish), our mornings have gone from a “choose your battle” mindset to James getting excited to help make our vitamins. He’s going through a pretty intense picky toddler stage and while there are cheaper ways for him to get his regular vitamins, it’s worth it to me to see him get excited over something that’s actually good for him. All of us are able to take our vitamins together and without anyone struggling, dry heaving or even making a face. We feel better. Plus, we have the peace of mind knowing that he’s gotten his daily vitamins and minerals. Tespo makes our morning routine a thousand times calmer, more fun, and allows us to get back to enjoying our time together before the day begins. For me, that’s worth it.
