My Favorite Quiche Recipes
We make quiche a lot around here. It’s what I call a “dump meal” meaning I can essentially dump whatever I want and it’ll likely turn out beautifully. While I work on writing down my own quiche recipes, I rounded up some of my favorites from other bloggers. If you haven’t considered adding quiche to your meal plan, you may think twice!
Before we get into it, here are some of my quick quiche tips.
Use what you like. If you’re not a fan of a certain spice, skip it and use one that you love. Same with cheeses, veggies, etc.
Use up what’s in the fridge. Quiches are a perfect opportunity to use the last of that produce before it goes bad.
This one is a personal preference but the difference white pepper makes is worth having it in my pantry. I love using it in quiches.
Whole milk is a fine substitute for heavy cream in most recipes. Don’t hold back from making a quiche because you don’t have heavy cream.
Don’t take it too seriously. You don’t need to follow recipes perfectly. Have fun with the process.
